Eco-Foil was designed especially for Trading Green in 2011, based on our customers' request for a low-cost but relatively high performance aluminum foil for building insulation in South-East Asia. The material needed to be flexible enough to seal soft insulation while retaining a good tear resistance.

Eco-Foil reflects 96% of radiant heat and comes with a 10 years manufacturer guarantee. It is particularly recommended for insulating ceilings, walls, modular and prefabricated structures. Thanks to a very low moisture transmission rate, it also provides a good vapor and humidity barrier.

Thermo-Foil ES is designed for use as a heat reflective lining in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings. Extremely tough thank to a Valéron core, it has a 0.25 Ton traction resistance and has been tested to last for more than 60 years (20 years manufacturer guarantee). It is strong enough to be stapled or nailed in place.

Thermo-Foil ES reflects 96.7% of radiant heat or cold back, which improves structural U-Value by up to 20%. Every square meter used will save 12.33kg of CO2 per year on an insulated building, or 18.20kg of CO2 per year on un-insulated buildings.

Enca-Seal® is a tough membrane designed to completely encase and seal phenolic, nitrile, carbon impregnated polyurethane and fibre insulation used on air-conditioning ducts, pipe work and storage tanks. One side is a high-performance heat/cold-resistant adhesive that makes the foil easy to install and extremely difficult to tear off.

Enca-Clad™ is a durable 345 micron membrane designed to completely encase external insulated or un-insulated structures, pipelines and ducts. It can also clad flat surfaces and large storage tanks. Other uses include transport, marine and OEM applications. Once fitted, the foil will stiffen the whole structure.

Enca-Clad™  blocks 96% of infrared energy and virtually all UV energy that would otherwise be absorbed by soft insulation.

Enca-Clad™ acts as an excellent vapour and dust barrier,  halting moisture and dust migration into soft insulation layers.
