Up to 50°C / 122°F less on surface temperature were recorded after applying only 300 microns (0.3mm) in 3 coats. Tests demonstrated temperature on tile's underside was up to 23°C or 26% cooler. Once the whole roof is coated, the building will become instantly energy efficient, saving on its air-conditioning costs and reducing its carbon footprint at the same time.
