NeoBio is a natural microorganism-based wastewater treatment solution developed in collaboration with the Louis Pasteur Institute. It is an ecosystem combining more than 20 natural microorganism strains specially selected for their unique ability to digest organic waste.
The microorganisms are harmless (EFB Class 1) to plants, fish, animals and humans. NeoBio is packaged in 25 gram water-soluble sachets (cf. photo), making it easy to use and deploy. The microorganisms are efficient in both aerobic and anaerobic environments, although the more oxygen is available the better the efficiency.
NeoBio Septic: for septic tanks, humid latrines, wastewater treatment plants
NeoBio Septic+: stronger version of NeoBio Septic, for new treatments or quicker results
NeoBio All-Water: for fish ponds, aquaculture, rivers; prevents algae from blooming, keeps water clear
NeoBio All-Water+: stronger version of NeoBio All-Water+
NeoBio Latrines: for dry latrines, can be used in humid environments as well; the most potent NeoBio
NeoBio Oil & Grease: for grease traps, palm oil industry, wastewater with high organic oil and grease content
Pathogenic bacteria inhibited:
NeoBio is recognized worldwide by governments, NGOs and corporations for its ability to produce natural substances that inhibit the development of following pathogenic agents:
On a five star island resort construction site in Thailand, two worker camp toilets were polluting natural streams. The problem was solved by dropping sachets of NeoBio Septic into toilet bowls every two weeks (read and download complete article).
Jul. 10th: stream water is black,
bubbling with gases.
Jul. to Sept.: 1 sachet is dropped
every 2 weeks per toilet bowl.
Sept.10th: water is clear,
smell and pollution stopped.
Quantities needed and application frequency:
For most applications, 1 sachet per wastewater tank cubic meter is sufficient. Apply every two weeks on average directly into the tanks or into affluents (toilet bowls, urinals, ...). For wastewater treatment plants, the tanks to be treated are mainly the septic tank, equalization tank and aeration tank.
