Easy and safe application

  • Choose a color and finish
  • Mix with 5% to 10% water depending on climate and application method
  • Apply with brush, roller, spray gun, ...

Each coat is dry to touch in about 30 minutes, depending on ambient conditions. Primer is not needed with matte finish, waterproofing and rust protection are to be applied first if required.

To reflect heat from surfaces outdoors: paint 2 coats (200 microns thick) on outer surface of rooftop, walls

To conserve heat on surfaces indoors: paint 3 coats (300 microns thick ) directly on surface to be insulated

The Better You Insulate, The More You Save, The Greener You Are

Once a building's rooftop and walls are coated with Planet Supra™, the indoors ambient temperature drops by an average of 5°C to 7°C during summer months. This equals to an average 25% cost-saving on electricity consumed by air-conditioning (data by Japanese Electricity Board) !

Amazing benefits thanks to 21st Century nanotechnology

NanoparticlesPlanet Supra™ is a coating made possible thanks to the latest research in nanotechnology materials. One nanometre (nm) is a billionth of a metre: the smallest things visible to the naked human eye are around 10,000nm! By manufacturing the paint at nano levels, Planet Supra is able to offer benefits beyond traditional coatings.

Planet Supra™ relies on Ultra Fine Hollow Nano Silica Beads to reflect heat back to its source. Ultra Fine Hollow Nano Silica Beads reflect solar radiations better and longer than ceramic beads, for example. They do not break when the paint is stirred or applied: performance is predictable and reliable, with a choice between matte and glossy finishes as visually appealing as regular paint.

Titanium Dioxide is the most well-known nano building material. It brakes down dirt molecules and allows rain to wash them away: added to Planet Supra's composition, it makes it self-cleaning. This means coated surfaces will look like new much longer than with traditional paints and coatings. And it does even more: it effectively removes pollutants in the area around coated buildings (CO2, NO2, etc.), hence improving air quality.

Planet Supra™'s composition is also anti-microbial: mold and algae cannot grow on it. This makes its perfect for use indoors in warm climates to conserve heat and outdoors in environments where air quality is important: hospitals, schools, homes.
