Business case: paint factory
The following trial was conducted at a paint manufacturing facility in Japan. Comparative tests were conducted to benchmark PBM-WT1’s efficiency compared with another flocculation agent, also made in Japan. Trial was conducted by the customer, with independent laboratory measurements performed by specialized company Kumagaya Kankyou Data Co., Ltd. (Japan).
Four samples are taken from the facility’s final effluent. Two samples are treated with each competing flocculation agent then stirred at the same time for 30 seconds. The final result is observed and analyzed.
The laboratory tests below demonstrated PBM-WT1’s superior performance, on both sets of samples, when compared to the competitor.
